My client are currently seeking a confident and organised Administrator to join a busy estate agency team, that is expanding.
In this role, you’ll provide vital support to the sales and lettings teams, handling a variety of administrative tasks such as preparing documents, managing property listings, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with client enquiries. Social Media experience would be advantageous also.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and lettings teams
  • Prepare property details, contracts, and other legal documentation
  • Upload and update property listings on the website and portals
  • Maintain and update client records and internal databases
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate viewings with clients and negotiators
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries in a professional manner
  • Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other third parties as needed
  • Assist with marketing materials and mailouts
  • Ensure all documentation is compliant with industry regulations
  • General office duties including filing, scanning, and stationery ordering

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous administrative experience (property sector experience a bonus but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A proactive and friendly approach to work
