REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist/HR Manager within an international environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Creativity in dealing with all HR tasks.
• Experience with local HR processes and market practices.
• Knowledge of data protection, the payroll cycle, and taxation.
• Excellent knowledge of Czech labor law and experience in the Czech Immigration system.
• Experience working with authorities and external agencies.
• Excellent skills in standard MS Office tools, advanced knowledge of Excel, and experience with HRM systems.
• Experience in the HR department of an IT company would be a plus.
• Fluent in Czech and English, both in speaking and writing.
