As a senior strategic partner, the role translates business priorities into people outcomes, strengthens governance and labor relations, and drives simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement across HR delivery. Operating in a matrix environment, the role integrates Business & Functions HR, HR Services, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to deploy enterprise-wide programs effectively while addressing local business needs.
