Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree in any business field.
  • A minimum of 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management or business partnering roles is required, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry.
  • A business-oriented mindset with expertise in developing HR competencies aligned with organisational goals is highly valued.
  • Experience in large, complex organisational environments is highly desirable.
  • A strong track record in fostering a positive organisational culture is essential. The ideal candidate should have a passion for people development, demonstrated leadership in driving engagement and performance, and excellent communication and influencing skills to reinforce company values within a diverse workforce.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation, manage change effectively, and implement organisational development initiatives.
  • Experience in leading strategic people assignments that contribute to both business growth and employee development is required.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: RM16,000.00 - RM22,000.00 per month
