You will drive the total Finnish business as part of a Nordic setup. You’ll be an enabler, coaching and guiding sales leaders and employees to build capability while removing roadblocks and creating a strong culture that embraces the 35 employees of the Finnish entity. You’ll partner with key stakeholders and customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz in Finnish and for our valued customers.
