KaufneKuh is the German branch of Grutto, an e-commerce platform that connects consumers directly with local farmers. By offering high-quality, sustainably sourced meat with radical transparency and full traceability, we are reshaping the way people think about meat consumption.
Our mission? Promoting conscious meat consumption, supporting regenerative agriculture, reducing food waste, and ensuring that animals live a good life.
Now, we’re looking for an e-commerce expert with proven experience to drive KaufneKuh’s growth, operations, and brand presence in Germany.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE: COUNTRY LEAD GERMANY (E-COMMERCE)

As Country Lead, you will take full responsibility for KaufneKuh’s success in Germany. You will create strategies to expand our e-commerce platform, enhance the customer experience, and scale our operations (including partnerships with farmers, production sites, and logistics) while remaining aligned with our mission.
Your proven expertise will drive KaufneKuh into its next phase of growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive Strategic Growth – Develop and execute strategies to expand KaufneKuh’s e-commerce presence and customer base in Germany.
  • Scale Online Sales – Optimize digital marketing, performance marketing, and customer acquisition to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead Operations – Oversee logistics, supply chain management, and customer service to ensure smooth local operations.
  • Build & Manage the Team – Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing local team.
  • Develop the Market – Identify opportunities for growth, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen our brand presence.
  • Manage Financial Performance – Take ownership of KaufneKuh Germany’s P&L, ensuring both financial and operational goals are met.
  • Be the ‘Face of KaufneKuh’ – Represent KaufneKuh in Germany, aligning with Grutto’s values of transparency, sustainability, and ethical farming.
