Job Description
As Country Manager – Denmark, you will lead sales, operations, and engineering to drive business growth, operational excellence, and technical leadership in one of Europe’s key markets. You will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling our newly established legal entity in Denmark, with a primary focus on business development, revenue generation, and building a strong local presence.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in scaffolding, construction, or industrial equipment sales & operations.
• Strong network within the scaffolding, construction, and industrial sectors.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Engineering).
• Deep understanding of the local market, business culture, and regulatory landscape.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent English skills
