Key Responsibilities: Direct line responsibility for the affiliates in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia Design and lead country-specific business strategies aligned with global and regional/cluster objectives Champion innovative go-to-market models and digital transformation initiatives Lead the sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities across a diverse portfolio of products to ensure financial objectives are met or exceeded Manage the countries’ P&L, budgets, forecasts and strategic business plan Ensure full compliance with all corporate and local rules and regulations Manage and expand access for Lilly products in local markets Drive access expansion for Lilly products through strategic partnerships and policy shaping Allocates resources – human, financial, technical, etc. – to achieve the balance between short- and long-term profits Build strong relationships and represent the company and its values with key external stakeholders People responsibility-recruit, develop and retain top talent; build a high-performing local team Oversee daily operations including supply chain, distribution and affiliate infrastructure III.
