• You develop and implement sales strategies for the Benelux countries
• You analyze KPIs and initiate optimization measures
• You expand our market presence and drive sustainable growth
• You support and develop our independent sales partners in the region
• You conduct trainings and meetings – also digitally
• You collaborate closely with the JEMAKO team in Rhede and monitor the market
