Implement strategies and formulate national business strategies, setting operational targets to achieve business goals. Gather market trends and conduct competitor analysis to develop and adjust business strategies. Expand partnerships through online and offline promotions, improving service levels for partners and end-users. Build and optimize organizational structure, establish an efficient team, and enhance the talent development system. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in the O2O industry. Experience managing a team of over 100 people in a well-known food delivery platform, with preference for previous high-level sales management roles. Profound understanding of the Chinese food delivery market and operational strategies of major platforms. Skilled in formulating and optimizing operational strategies based on market analysis data.
