Our Client is seeking an experienced Country Manager – Consumer Hardware to lead its consumer electronics business across Southeast Asia.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Well-rounded expertise in product, marketing, execution, and cross-team collaboration, with a full understanding of consumer hardware go-to-market processes.
• International exposure with solid overseas work experience and strong communication skills in English (fluency in other target market languages is a plus).
• Strong technical understanding of AI technology and related products, capable of acting as a local market technology advocate.
• Proven industry experience : Minimum 5 years in overseas sales and marketing for consumer electronics or smart hardware, with successful performance track records preferred.
• Leadership skills : Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire multicultural teams, fostering high-performance collaboration.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Country Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of business operations for our client’s consumer smart hardware products — including translation devices, voice recorders, e-notebooks, dictionary pens, and smart audio products — within your assigned country or region. You will be responsible for driving market expansion, executing marketing strategies, building brand presence, managing channels, and developing local teams to achieve sustained business growth and increased market share.
