COUNTRY MANAGER

In this senior position you will be responsible of a team and lead our mission to drive growth in Hungary. Your responsibilities will include overall strategic development, coordination of day-to-day sales and marketing activities, management and development of staff, and oversight of P&L.
You will lead an entrepreneurial and international business and directly influence its development and growth in the education/study abroad market in Hungary. In this highly visible role, you will assume the position of the face of a well-known and highly visible brand.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree from a reputable University in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 3-5 years’ work experience
• A highly energetic and ambitious self-starter
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of ownership
• Tested leadership ability
• Strong business acumen and commercial instincts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in written and verbal English and German

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• A graduate degree qualification or equivalent, preferably in sales, marketing, business, administration or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of team leadership experience
• Experience living abroad
• Master of Business Administration, strongly preferred
• Experience in a service-oriented industry
