Description
Lead and manage all aspects of Fluke's business operations in Vietnam. Drive sales growth, profitability and market expansion through effective commercial strategies and execution - working on go-to-market strategies and countermeasure plans to achieve overall revenue targets and market share goals. Build and strengthen relationships with key channel partners, resellers, customers and suppliers. Develop and implement long-term growth plans aligned with regional and global business goals. Identifying new opportunities and development of existing and/or new sales channels. Weekly/Monthly sales forecasting to Management. Work with regional Marketing to implement and execute marketing activities for brand awareness/market share gain. Build and manage sales funnel via distribution channel to meet overall targets. Develop pipeline management including follow-up on activities and opportunities in the CRM system. Perform market sizing and competitive analysis for test instruments. Implement sales policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide working guidelines for the sales team. Local operational efficiency and best practice implementation. Represent Fluke's brand and values in the Vietnamese market. Manage and groom a seasonable high-performance team to meet company objectives. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent Additional qualification in Business Management or MBA, Marketing or equivalent highly desirable Marketing knowledge and channel management experience are highly desired Proven commercial results and experience running a region/team Experience within fields of Utilities, Oil & Gas and/or Semi-Conductor will be valuable Outstanding presentation, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills Solid command of English both spoken and written including good interpersonal skills, customer and contact skills Computer savvy in terms of analytical & presentation skills Proven ability to motivate, lead and direct a high performing team
