This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Country Manager I CFDs Industry I Vietnam Market. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding the business development function within the FX & CFDs brokerage industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing initiatives while also leading a team of Business Development Managers. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performance culture that emphasizes client relationships and achieving consistent revenue growth across key markets. The position requires a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of client acquisition and retention. \n Accountabilities Lead, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Managers and Senior Business Development Managers. Set clear sales targets and KPIs for hunting new partners and clients. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide mentoring to develop team skills. Drive acquisition of high-value Introducing Brokers (IBs) and retail partnerships. Manage and grow relationships with existing IBs and clients to increase revenue. Define and implement business development strategies in alignment with objectives. Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all client acquisition activities. Monitor competitor activities and drive innovation in business development approaches. Requirements Minimum 5 years of individual Business Development experience in the FX & CFDs brokerage industry. Minimum 2 years of experience managing Business Development teams. Strong knowledge of FX & CFDs products and trading platforms. Proven success in attracting new clients and managing existing portfolios. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with CRM tools and performance tracking. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
