Your responsibilities will include: Minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial, strategic, or market development roles within the healthcare or medical device sector Proven leadership experience in managing distributor channels and/or direct markets in complex healthcare environments Deep understanding of the Israeli healthcare ecosystem, including health funds, medical associations, and regulatory bodies Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with regional or global stakeholders Fluent in Hebrew and English; excellent communication and presentation skills Strong financial, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities Previous experience in a country manager or national market development role within a multinational healthcare company Experience managing partnerships with external stakeholders (e.g., HMOs, Ministries of Health, procurement entities) Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field Experience in organizational development or culture-building initiatives
