Responsibilities
1.Business Development Strategy
oDevelop a business plan (BP) based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
oBreak down and implement the company’s long-term and short-term sales objectives to ensure regional growth.
oIdentify business opportunities, define market entry strategies, and drive market penetration and expansion.
2.Channel Development
oFormulate and execute a channel development plan based on the company’s marketing strategy.
oIdentify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with local distributors, resellers, and business partners.
oExpand and optimize online and offline sales channels, increasing market reach and product accessibility.
oDrive business collaboration with retailers, wholesalers, and e-commerce platforms to strengthen the company’s presence.
3.Channel Management
oMonitor and analyze industry trends and market dynamics, refining channel management strategies to enhance product competitiveness.
oProvide sales guidance, technical training, and product resources to channel partners, ensuring effective collaboration.
oFoster strong relationships with partners while coordinating sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive revenue growth.
oCollect market insights and customer feedback to fine-tune strategies and achieve continuous business growth.
4.Sales Management
oDevelop and execute localized sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives to meet revenue targets.
oConduct sales forecasting, customer demand analysis, and competitive assessments to support business decisions.
oLead business negotiations, secure key client orders, and establish long-term partnerships.
oMonitor contract execution, oversee order fulfillment, and ensure timely payment collection to maintain cash flow.
5.Brand Promotion
oPlan and execute brand awareness campaigns to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility in the target market.
oParticipate in trade fairs, marketing events, and partner meetings to attract potential customers.
oAnalyze competitors’ branding efforts and propose strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand positioning.
Qualifications
1.Experience – Minimum 3 years of experience in localized channel sales and operations in overseas markets, with strong market expansion capabilities. Familiarity with sales strategies in consumer electronics, CCTV security, and home appliance industries.
2.Competencies – Strong result-driven mindset, long-term strategic vision, high sense of responsibility, resilience, and excellent execution capabilities.
3.Language Skills – Fluent in English (written and spoken), proficiency in German is mandatory.
4.Education – Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
