David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Country Manager - Korea that speaks Korean. Position: Country Manager Location: Remote within Korea Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement market strategies that align with broader regional or organizational goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive client acquisition and strengthen partner networks. Recruit, train, and manage a team with clear performance targets and measurable KPIs. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, affiliates, and key stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Compliance) to launch tailored campaigns and initiatives. Monitor and report on performance metrics, including revenue growth, client activity, and partner engagement. Ensure accurate and up-to-date management of CRM systems and reporting tools. Represent the company at local events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance visibility and strengthen partnerships. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in English (C1 level), both written and verbal. Proficiency in Korean will be considered a advantageous. 6–10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships. Demonstrated success in working with partner networks or affiliates in a regional or international setting. Proven leadership experience managing small-to-medium commercial teams. Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset with a focus on KPIs and performance. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
