We’re looking for a highly entrepreneurial Country Manager (m/f/d) to lead and build the German market for one of our Ecosystem companies. As Country Manager, you will act as the founder-level owner of the German market, responsible for establishing market presence, building trust and traction, and scaling the local team from zero to one. You will work closely with the founders and senior leadership to translate global strategy into local execution - while owning outcomes end to end. In this role, you’ll: Own Germany end-to-end, from market entry and positioning to first traction and a repeatable go-to-market motion Be the senior local face of the company, establishing trust and credibility in the German legal market through presence, partnerships, and narrative Drive early commercial traction personally, validating pricing, messaging and sales motion before scaling the team Build the organization, hiring and developing the first German team while embedding an entrepreneurial, extra-mile culture Translate market insight into execution, owning structured feedback loops across customers, partners, and product Partner closely with founders and central teams, shaping strategy while retaining full accountability for local outcomes Your Profile: Own the German market end-to-end: go-to-market strategy, execution, results, and accountability Establish trust and local credibility for an international legal-tech company in a sceptical, risk-averse market Drive early traction personally, including key sales conversations, pipeline development and first customers Build the 0→1 local team, embedding an entrepreneurial, extra-mile culture from day one Prove a repeatable growth motion that enables scalable expansion beyond the initial phase Act as the voice of the German market, translating customer and market insights into product and leadership decisions Please note that this position is based in Berlin or Munich.
