QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES)

  • 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Master in Business Administration is preferred.
  • At least 10-12 years of extensive management experience, out of which 5- 6 years of experience in leading and managing & leading large operations and team
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare in similar role is preferred fitment criteria
  • Experienced in preparing, monitoring, analyzing and delivering detailed financial plans is mandatory to be successful in this role.
  • Proven track record in delivering sales revenue targets that are not only achieved but exceeded.
  • Fluency in both Arabic & English is essential.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY/MAIN PURPOSE

Country Manager – the role holder is responsible to manage and lead all operations within a country, ensure day-to-day management to maintain a continued alignment with overall company policy, strategy and direction. Develop business and increase profitability and achieve market share of the company’s affiliate. Implement and develop business strategies to ensure alignment with Julphar objectives. Responsible to secure and increase the category wise Sales volume, achieve market share and sales top line & bottom line to drive budget along with growth.
Overall responsibility for identification of emerging risks in the market, ensuring compliance with Julphar policies and applicable industry standards, laws and regulations, and building a “Tone at the Top” that reinforces integrity, ethical values and compliance.
The Country Manager is responsible for the launch, development and management of a product range, from production through to marketing in foreign distribution networks.
The role holder should be a Master of Business Acumen & operations management and having a strategic imperative to foresee the market projections, under the guidance of CCO , (Country Director) the person is responsible to implement CRM initiatives, do market intelligence to recommend future product categories and new molecules which are touted to be successful in coming years.
Country Manager will develop the market, by sourcing, screening, and evaluating new customers, maintaining the loyal customers of Julphar ensure proper implementation of strategy according to the policies and professional ethics.
