Description
1. Follow up on and support verification activities for NGOs (non-governmental organizations) in Nigeria and the West Africa region. 2. Lead implementation and market rollout/promotion efforts across Nigeria and West Africa. 3. Support distributors/partners in building an end-to-end technical support system covering installation, application support, and after-sales service; manage and evaluate service-related KPIs. 4. Participate in establishing and maintaining government collaboration relationships to ensure smooth project implementation on the ground. 5. Reporting line: dual reporting to the Head of Customer Service and the Head of Sales. 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Public Health, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, International Development, Engineering, or a related field. 2. Project experience in Africa (Nigeria/West Africa preferred), with familiarity with operating models of NGOs, government programs, or international development projects. 3. Experience in project management and/or coordinating technical support; able to drive cross-functional alignment among HQ, distributors/partners, and customers to deliver projects. 4. Solid foundational technical understanding and the ability to communicate effectively with application, after-sales, and technical teams. 5. Professional fluency in English as a working language, including project communications, meeting presentations/report-outs, and written correspondence. 6. Strong execution capability, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
