For our headquarters in Cologne / office in Warsaw we are looking for a Country Manager Poland (f/m/d).
As Country Manager Poland (f/m/d), you are responsible for the operational management of Next Kraftwerke in Poland. In addition to take the lead of a motivated team, this includes managing the business, creating budgets and achieving the agreed targets. You are an important interface between the headquarters and the local team as well as our expert when it comes to Polish regulation or market changes.

THESE ARE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Ideally, you already have experience in leading a team.
• With your entrepreneurial spirit, you know how to work independently, precisely and are looking forward to taking on responsibility.
• You have a deep understanding of the Polish energy market and regulation.
• Your strong analytical skills help you to quickly understand market changes.
• You are a proactive communicator who can build and expand a network.
• You are a team player and know how to motivate a team.
• You are fluent in Polish, English and have basic knowledge of German.
