ABOUT YOU

We are seeking an exceptional Polish Country Manager/Market Lead to spearhead HOLY’s expansion in the Polish market. The ideal candidate should possess:
-

Influencer Marketing Expertise: Strong track record in influencer marketing with an established network in Poland. You’ll be responsible for building and managing key influencer relationships to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.

• Leadership & P&L Management: Experience in building and leading high-performing teams, coupled with proven ability to manage budgets and drive business growth. Preferrably with P&L responsibility.
• Strategic Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Polish market, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive market entry strategies.
• Entrepreneurial Drive: Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently and make data-driven decisions. You’ll own the country P&L and be responsible for ensuring profitable growth.
• Communication Excellence: Fluency in Polish and English, with outstanding ability to build relationships across all levels and collaborate with global teams including operations, shop, CRM, brand, performance marketing, and analytics.
• Berlin-based (or willing to relocate).
