JOB TITLE: Country Manager - Poland LOCATION: Poland, remote worker Full-Time The Opportunity: The Company is a global leader in high-precision gas analysers and systems for measuring greenhouse gases, air quality, and stable isotopes. The Company’s technologies serve customers in energy, environmental monitoring, semiconductor manufacturing, and scientific research. We are expanding our international footprint in the energy sector and seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead and grow our presence in Poland. The Country Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the Company’s business operations in Poland. This includes pre-sale business development and lobbying, sales enablement, and post-sale project coordination and management. The role demands a blend of strategic leadership, commercial acumen, technical understanding of natural gas distribution as well as both national and European regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sale: Business Development & Lobbying Build, strengthen, and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders — including government agencies, regulatory bodies, research institutions, and industry associations. Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and partnerships aligned with the Company’s growth strategy. Monitor government programs, tenders, and regulations related to natural gas distribution, with special focus on network safety, gas leak detection, gas emissions quantification, and mitigation. Represent the Company in conferences, trade fairs, and technical seminars to promote brand visibility and thought leadership. Provide insights to headquarters regarding local policies, funding programs, and potential market barriers. Develop lobbying strategies or advocacy efforts to support the adoption of the Company’s solutions in monitoring programs of natural gas operators. Suggest creative market entry routes (e.g., local distributors, consortium partnerships, pilot projects). Sales Enablement & Regulatory Alignment Support the sales team and local partners in navigating regulatory or certification requirements relevant to the Company’s products.
