This is a senior leadership role where strategy, people, and commercial excellence come together to drive Sungrow’s growth across PV, Energy Storage, and EV Charging. Your key responsibilities include: Define and execute a country strategy to grow market share across PV, ESS, and EV Charging segments Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing local team, fostering collaboration, ownership, and sustainable success Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, authorities, and industry stakeholders Identify new business opportunities and translate market trends into actionable growth initiatives Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities to ensure healthy and sustainable financial performance Act as Sungrow’s brand ambassador in Poland, representing our values towards customers, partners, and the wider energy community Your profile All right, all right, that sounded impactful, didn’t it? Responsibilities

The Country Manager will define and execute the business strategy to grow market share in PV, Energy Storage, and EV Charging across Poland. This includes leading a local team, managing P&L, and acting as the brand ambassador to key industry stakeholders.
