POSITION SUMMARY:
The Country Manager serves as the leader for all company operations within the country. This role holds accountability for strategic, operational, and administrative oversight, ensuring organizational goals are met while maintaining compliance with local regulations and global standards. The Country Manager will lead and develop high-performing teams, drive business performance, and represent the company with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, clients, and partners.
