Job location: Saudi Arabia(onsite) Job Description: • 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience in retail, with proven track record of managing large-scale operations and full P&L accountability.• Strong exposure to the Saudi market with experience in multi-region leadership roles.• Demonstrated success in driving business growth, market entry, and profitability. • Strategic leadership with strong execution capabilities.• Proven ability to manage complex P&L and deliver consistent financial performance.• Strong government, regulatory, and landlord networks in Saudi Arabia.• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency highly preferred.• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment. • Achievement of KSA top-line and bottom-line financial targets.• Growth in market share and successful expansion into new regions.• Customer satisfaction and NPS improvement across stores and online.• Compliance with Saudization and regulatory requirements.• Development and retention of a high-performing leadership team.• Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and adaptability.• Culturally sensitive and customer-focused.• Visionary leader who can inspire and align teams across functions and geographies.
