About Revolut
People deserve more from their money. More visibility, more control, and more freedom. Since 2015, Revolut has been on a mission to deliver just that. Our powerhouse of products — including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more — help our 55+ million customers get more from their money every day.
As we continue our lightning-fast growth,‌ 2 things are essential to our success: our people and our culture. In recognition of our outstanding employee experience, we’ve been certified as a Great Place to Work™. So far, we have 10,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission. And we’re looking for more brilliant people. People who love building great products, redefining success, and turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.
About the role
At Revolut, we do Ops differently. Our hyper-talented operations experts don’t just keep things ticking over, they’re given the most complex, hard-to-solve problems in the business. Then they create elegant, scalable solutions that keep pace with our ambitious growth plans. Without our Ops team, we’d be following the herd, not leading the pack — and that’s a place we never want to be.
The Branch team is responsible for making sure that the branch is compliant with local regulations and offering the best service to our customers. The team will be working alongside a range of departments within Revolut Bank and the Revolut Group.
We’re looking for a Country Manager to help us solve the toughest problems in our global fintech. Someone to roll up their sleeves and lead this team and Revolut Bank’s branch activities in Norway.
