Description
You will manage & support a team of sales professionals, to deliver financial results in their assigned territories. You will be responsible for the overall results of the country, and for: Your leadership ensures that local execution is synchronized with corporate priorities and responsive to regional opportunities and challenges. As the single point of accountability for the business outlook in your countries, you will provide actionable insights, identify scalable best practices, and surface systemic challenges that require broader organizational support. You will act as a strategic connector between local execution and global strategy. In your operational remit, you will oversee the country cluster's business and sales operations, ensuring that execution capabilities, governance, and performance management systems are optimized for agility, compliance, and impact. You will partner with internal senior leaders to align country-level execution with long-term strategic planning. You will champion a culture of inclusion, lead intentional talent strategies to attract, develop and retain critical talent, and lead as a role model the external agenda of all specialist sellers to build the market. Required Qualifications (RQs) Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.Substantial related experience, including senior sales leadership roles, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, coaching solution sales and account development strategies, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR equivalent experienceProven experience leading large sales and technical specialist organizations, selling and delivering complex solutions to enterprise customers Preferred Qualifications (PQs) Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.Substantial related experience, including senior sales leadership roles, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, coaching solution sales and account development strategies, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
