You will : Being an expert of the Korean market and the advertising ecosystem, you will design the short and long term business unit strategy. Driving the revenue growth by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client-focused solutions within the teams. Leveraging your network to meet C-Level, to identify new business opportunities and driving the clients portfolio increase. Being the voice of the company by attending local events. You will lead, train and mentor teams by setting clear goals and embodying the company values. You will navigate through a matrix company building and maintaining strong relationships with the executive leadership team and the other countries. You will report on sales performance, financial statues and budget variance to the Regional Director based in HQ.
