Job Title: Country Manager - TIC (Minerals/Coal) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Industry: Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) / Commodities Experience: 10+ years in TIC Nationality Preference: Indian Origin Job Purpose: To lead and grow our TIC operations in the UAE, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and profitability within the minerals/coal sector. Key Responsibilities: · Drive business development and retain key clients in the minerals/coal sector. · Manage full P&L, ensuring revenue targets and timely collections. · Oversee lab operations, ensuring 100% compliance with SOPs and fast turnaround. · Ensure safety, statutory compliance, and adherence to ISO/internal standards. · Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team. Requirements Requirements: · Education: B.Sc. / B.E. in Science or Engineering. · Experience: Min. 10 years in the TIC industry, with exposure to minerals/coal. · Skills: Strong commercial acumen, client management, team leadership, and knowledge of UAE regulations.

Responsibilities

The Country Manager will drive business development and manage key client relationships in the minerals/coal sector. They will also oversee lab operations, ensuring compliance with safety and ISO standards while leading a high-performing team.
