With our innovative products, we have been experiencing steady growth, now serving over 5,000 customers. Our diverse client base includes businesses and IT service providers (MSPs) across Europe. We're on a mission to build a European cybersecurity success story, and we're looking for a passionate sales professional to join us on this journey. The Opportunity: We are seeking a Country Manager to lead and scale our Swedish market presence from our Finnish HQ. This is a strategic role for a high-performing professional who excels at market expansion and navigating complex organizational structures. You will own the Swedish P&L and growth strategy, acting as the face of Nexetic in Sweden. Your focus will be on driving revenue through direct enterprise engagement and the strategic recruitment of channel partners. Your Responsibilities: Market Growth Strategy: Own the Swedish P&L and develop the comprehensive strategy to scale our market presence. Channel & MSP Management: Proactively recruit, enable, and manage Swedish channel partners and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Key Account Management: Manage high-level stakeholder relationships within large enterprise-level corporations and public sector organizations. Onboarding & Strategic Partnerships: Ensure a seamless transition for new partners and customers, acting as a strategic partner to drive long-term value. Tender & RFP Support: Assist sales teams in competitive tendering processes, ensuring technical data and questionnaires (RFPs) are completed accurately. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Finnish HQ product, marketing, and customer teams to achieve international expansion goals. What We're Looking For: Language Mastery: Native or near-native Swedish (absolute requirement) plus fluent proficiency in English. Proven Sales DNA: A strong track record in B2B business development, specifically in market expansion and navigating complex decision-making units. Location & Travel: Based in Finland with a willingness to travel extensively to Sweden to meet with partners and clients. Target Segment Expertise: Significant experience working with Enterprise, Public Sector, or MSPs is highly valued. Channel Sales Background: A strong background in Channel/Partner sales, with the ability to recruit and enable new partners. Existing Network: A professional network within the Swedish B2B landscape is a major advantage. Communication Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of engaging effectively with high-level decision-makers. What We Offer: Competitive Compensation: A competitive salary with a base plus performance-based incentives. Innovative Product: A modern, distinctive, and genuinely valuable cybersecurity product to represent. Professional Growth: Leadership opportunities in a fast-growing company where market success is the primary focus. Supportive Environment: A skilled team at the Finnish HQ that makes international work both effective and enjoyable. Flexibility: A hybrid work model with the freedom to influence your own work schedule. Join us in building a European cybersecurity success story!
