As Reddit advances its country-led go-to-market strategy, we are hiring a Country B2B Marketing Lead to shape, drive, and scale Reddit’s presence across Germany and the Netherlands - with interim support for France during transitional planning. This role will establish clear marketing ownership and commercial accountability across these priority European markets, ensuring our brand, demand, and customer growth strategy reflects local market realities while aligning to Reddit’s global direction. This is a highly strategic marketing lead role that owns the full marketing lifecycle for advertisers: awareness, education, acquisition, growth, and retention. The role partners closely with Sales, Comms, Agency Marketing, and Product Marketing to create a coordinated market plan that accelerates advertiser adoption and strengthens Reddit’s reputation with brands, agencies, and industry leaders. The Country Lead will define each market’s narrative, competitive positioning, and sector-focused growth plans, ensuring our programmes reflect regional nuances across culture, regulation, product adoption, and platform maturity. Location: In office, Amsterdam or Germany Responsibilities: Shape and deliver the B2B marketing strategy for Germany and the Netherlands, aligned to commercial priorities and local customer needs. Act as the regional insight engine, translating market, platform and competitive intelligence into programmes, messaging, and prioritised opportunities. Build and execute country plans across brand marketing, demand generation, vertical acceleration, and client education. Drive full-funnel growth, working with Sales to build customer acquisition and retention motions across advertiser segments. Lead Reddit’s industry presence, representing the brand through locally relevant events, trade touchpoints, partnerships, and thought leadership. Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Comms, Insights, KarmaLab, and Sales to deliver integrated go-to-market programmes. Own country budget, performance, and reporting, ensuring marketing investments are measurable, accountable, and tied to revenue outcomes. Provide interim support to France as part of our evolving GTM structure, helping prepare the foundation for future dedicated support. Qualifications: 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in digital media, SaaS, or scaled tech platforms. Deep understanding of the advertising landscape and how brands and agencies operate in Germany and the Netherlands. Experience building and delivering country-level marketing strategies with measurable commercial impact. Exceptional storytelling ability, capable of crafting narratives that resonate locally but ladder to a global brand. Strong commercial mindset and comfort partnering with Sales on pipeline and revenue outcomes. Collaborative, hands-on operator who thrives in cross-functional environments. Native German and fluent English are essential. French language skills are a strong advantage given regional responsibilities.
