In France, we are a small, fast-moving team of 11 — close to our customers, quick to decide, and building real momentum in the market. We combine digital reach with personal, local service: low barriers for bidders and effortless selling for sellers. To grow our French business, we are looking for a hands-on Country Marketing Manager France who makes our marketing genuinely French and supports our sales team in their daily work. In France, that local understanding is your job: a small team, scale-up energy, short lines of communication, and plenty of room to shape how we show up in the market. The Role As Country Marketing Manager France, you own marketing for the French market end to end — always close to the business and to the sales team you support day to day. Three areas matter most: Tailor-made auction marketing. Your core job is bringing as many bidders and buyers into our French auctions as possible. You use every channel that works: mailings through our CRM Bloomreach, Meta campaigns, potential LinkedIn campaigns, external newsletters, trade magazines, forums — and anything else you can think of to drive the right audience to the right auction. Localising campaigns and communication assets. Campaign and communication assets have to fit the French market perfectly. Our Communication Specialist in Düsseldorf and our Graphic Designer in Amsterdam produce the base materials; you make sure they land in France — not just translated, but properly adapted to French culture, tone and market expectations, and ready for the sales team to use. Seller marketing on a fixed budget. You get the most out of every euro to win sellers: ads in relevant trade magazines, Meta / Google / LinkedIn campaigns, events, and more. You generate and qualify leads in HubSpot and hand them over to the sales team — so marketing turns directly into pipeline. You'll have experienced Country Marketing Managers in other regions as sparring partners, central functions that have your back, and a CMO who backs your decisions. This is a role for someone who likes building structure where there is none yet, who is comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders, and who would rather get ahead of the wave than just react to it. You turn data into strategy and strategy into measurable growth.
