Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Country QHSSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive QHSSE programs across our operations in the country. Develop and implement QHSSE strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals and local regulations Lead and manage the country's QHSSE team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment Oversee incident investigations, audits, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian QHSSE regulations and international standards through audits Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct regular drills Collaborate with senior management to integrate QHSSE considerations into business decisions and operations Prepare and present QHSSE performance reports to leadership and stakeholders Drive continuous improvement initiatives in QHSSE management systems and processes Cultivate a strong safety culture throughout the organization through training, communication, and leadership Travel to various work sites as needed to ensure consistent implementation of QHSSE practices and IMS requirements Coordinate and work closely with Regional HSS and Regional QA Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree, or equivalent Minimum of 10 years of experience in QHSSE roles, with a proven track record in implementing and managing QHSSE programs Experience in construction, energy, transportation or related field Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSP, NEBOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor) In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian QHSSE regulations and standards Strong understanding of international QHSSE best practices and standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001; ISO9001) Expertise in QHSSE management systems, risk assessment, and incident investigation Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and QHSSE management software Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently in both written and verbal form to a range of stakeholders Business Line: Country function Type of contract: Fixed-term contract Service Line: Country MNG Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Health, Safety and Security Profession: Health Safety Security
