About the Role The County Manager Assistant plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by supporting the County Manager and front office functions. This position manages communications, maintains accurate records in internal systems, and helps drive administrative projects that support both local and main office teams. Essential Responsibilities & Duties Support daily operations through front office coordination, including phones, walk-ins, and general inquiries Maintain accurate data and documentation in systems such as Salesforce and MITC Assist with administrative projects, reporting, and recordkeeping Support DSP staffing efforts, including communication, scheduling support, and outreach Help ensure compliance by assisting with policy review and documentation practices Build and maintain professional relationships with individuals served, families, staff, and community partners Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing records to ensure accuracy and timeliness Contribute to an organized, responsive, and efficient work environment Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned Work Environment & Expectations This role operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with frequent communication and coordination.
