In this leadership role, you will coordinate services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, manage Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensure regulatory compliance, and build lasting relationships with families, case managers, and local partners. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage strong relationships with Individuals-Served, families, staff, and community partners. Oversee onboarding and service planning for new Individuals-Served. Recruit, train and support DSPs, matching them to clients appropriately Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and internal regulations Support and guide DSPs through scheduling, training, and regular communication. Grow the county’s service impact and efficiency while managing costs and hours. Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations. Audit service and personnel records for accuracy and accountability. Manage daily office responsibilities and maintain responsive communication. Respond to and investigate incident reports appropriately and thoroughly. Take on additional projects as needed. Ideal Candidate: Are a motivated self-starter who thrives independently and on a team.
