Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent regional requirements in the Coupa Change Control Board, ensuring the Coupa platform supports compliance and procurement goals.
- Customize, test, and implement new Coupa features to enhance business processes.
- Coordinate closely with ERP support teams to facilitate seamless integration and alignment of initiatives across systems.Regularly analyze and report on KPIs to track the value Coupa brings to each site, identify new improvement opportunities, and
- insights with local teams.
- Configure Coupa Risk Assess to meet compliance requirements, support vendor onboarding, and manage program adaptations as compliance needs evolve.
- Lead internal communication for Coupa rollouts, enhancements, and updates, ensuring clear information flow to all stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date functional design documentation, ensuring consistency with system changes and alignment with Glencore’s procurement standards.
As a Coupa Regional Support Specialist, you’ll take on a multifaceted role, offering technical expertise and leadership around the use of Coupa within various business processes. This role involves:
- Providing technical support for Coupa, including troubleshooting, configuration, and improvements to the system to align with evolving business needs.
- Developing business cases for new Coupa features, modules, or products, performing research, and integrating innovations that enhance our standard procurement systems.
- Overseeing integrations between Coupa and other ERPs like SAP and Mincom, as well as supporting systems such as Boomi and PowerBI to maintain an interconnected procurement ecosystem
