Please make sure to apply with your Coupang e-mail address. 해당 포지션은 일 8시간 주 40시간으로 회사가 정한 스케쥴에 따라 일-토 주야간 근무하는 업무입니다. 팀소개 Price Sharpness Inspection팀은 회사 정책에 따라 쿠팡 상품의 Sharpness를 유지해야 하는 목적을 가지고 있습니다. 본 팀은 쿠팡 상품과 경쟁사 상품의 가격 차이에 따른 근본적인 원인을 찾고, 관련 부서와 지속적인 해결책을 찾습니다. 업무 내용 Price Sharpness Audit - 쿠팡 리테일 상품의 적절한 타겟을 설정하고, 이 상품에 대한 마켓 최저가 상품을 확인하여 비교합니다. 이는 온라인과 오프라인 형태를 포함합니다. 근본 원인 분석 및 수정 - 작업 중에서 발견된 실패 사례들의 근본 원인을 찾고 해결 방법을 모색합니다. AD/Hoc Audit – 특정 카테고리에 관한 딥다이브 분석 작업 혹은 캐시백 혜택 등 현재 프라이싱 폴리시를 넘어서 고객의 관점에서 진행되는 작업입니다. 문서화 및 퀄리티 조정 – 진행되는 모든 작업에 대하여 상호 검수 작업이 이루어집니다. 또한 다른 작업자의 작업 검수 외에도 전체적인 업무 정리 및 데이터 싱크를 진행합니다. 자격 요건 주어진 시간 내에 복잡한 프로세스를 체계적으로 수행할 수 있는 능력 여러가지 기준/정책들을 이해하고 이를 작업에 적용할 수 있는 능력 주어진 프로세스를 이해하고 보완/개선점을 찾아낼 수 있는 능력 작업 결과를 살펴보고 유효한 인사이트를 도출해낼 수 있는 능력 자신의 노하우를 다른 팀원에게 효과적으로 전달하는 능력 우대 사항 비즈니스 영어 사용 가능자 4년제 이상 대졸자 엑셀 및 구글 스프레드시트 스킬 반드시 첨부된 ‘사내공모지원서 양식’을 작성 후 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.
