Job Title: Courier Account Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Courier Account Manager to manage and grow our partnerships with third-party delivery platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, Zomato, Careem, etc.) and courier service providers. You will ensure smooth operations, optimize our brand presence, and maximize sales through online delivery channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with courier and delivery aggregator partners.
Update menus, pricing, and photos on all platforms.
Coordinate promotions and campaigns to boost sales.
Monitor KPIs such as delivery time, sales performance, and customer ratings.
Resolve delivery issues and customer complaints promptly.
Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
2+ years experience in account management (F&B or e-commerce preferred).
Strong understanding of delivery platforms and courier operations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical and detail-oriented.
Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per mont
