REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred.
• A valid driver’s licence is essential; commercial driving experience is a plus.
• Strong driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Experience in warehouse operations is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
• Ensure timely delivery while adhering to traffic regulations and company policies.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Load and unload goods, which may involve heavy lifting and handling of various items.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery notes and any issues encountered during transit.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
• Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organisation of stock.
