With growing demand for our recycled parts across North America, we’re expanding our logistics team and seeking a dedicated Courier Manager to manage and streamline our shipping operations.
As the Courier Manager, you will coordinate the shipments of used and recycled auto parts from our yard to customers and repair shops. You’ll ensure that parts get where they need to go – quickly, safely and cost-effectively – while delivering excellent service and maintaining our reputation for reliability.

· Schedule daily shipments of used auto parts via courier and freight
· Communicate with warehouse staff, sales team and managers to coordinate pick-ups and deliveries
· Communicate effectively with sales team to provide shipping quotes in a fast timeline
· Track shipments and resolve issues such as delays, damaged items or routing errors
· Ensure accurate documentation for each shipment, including invoices, bills of lading, etc.
· Monitor logistics performance and look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce shipping costs
· Support inventory and yard staff by helping prioritize urgent orders and delivery deadlines
· Oversee courier department and staff
