Description
Responsibilities Performs lab courier services to our clients; securing specimens in a timely manner. Assures that all required billing information as well as correct samples are provided before leaving the office. Acts as liaison between physician offices and department director assuring that problems and concerns are handled appropriately. Develops a strong communication link between the lab and physician client. Fills supply orders using approved policies. Orders test and labels tubes with minimal errors. Performs requisition checking to assure correctness and completion. Takes copies of requisitions to admitting in a timely manner. Qualifications Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required Education: High school graduate or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience helpful.
