• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical requirements of the job including handling packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with GPS devices, route management apps, and basic software applications for communication.
• Valid Driver’s License & Insurance: Must own a reliable vehicle suited for deliveries and possess a valid driver’s license with adequate insurance. Class 013 Insurance.

As a Delivery Specialist, you will:
- Manage Deliveries: Efficiently complete pick-up and delivery assignments according to daily dispatch.
- Collaborate with Dispatch: Work closely with the dispatch team, following their experienced guidance and instructions to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service, ensuring all customer queries and concerns regarding their deliveries are addressed promptly.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Keep your delivery vehicle in excellent operational condition, adhering to safety regulations. Schedule Maintenance should not impede working obligations.
- Route Planning: Use advanced route planning tools to ensure the most efficient routes for delivery.
- Documentation: Accurately maintain records of deliveries, including times and signatures, using both manual and digital systems.
- Compliance: Adhere to all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to improve delivery processes and customer satisfaction.
