JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a proactive approach to managing office tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and supporting various departments with their administrative needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
  • Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail in data entry and document preparation
  • Prior clerical experience is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of office procedures

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry and clerical tasks
  • Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary
  • Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
  • Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for document creation and management
  • Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organised and equipped for daily operations
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed
