EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor qualification or higher
  • At least 3 years’ experience in field sales role within a higher education environment
  • Proven ability to nurture leads from first contact to conversion and build long-term client relationships
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM systems
  • IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Strong presentation skills for delivering engaging and informative sessions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • High-level understanding of key requirements of relevant regulatory frameworks, especially the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.
  • Positive attitude, results-focused, and strong attention to detail.
  • A valid drivers license and a personal vehicle
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Course Advisor (Field Sales) is responsible for generating domestic, higher education new student enrolments for EDU’s higher education entity – Ikon Institute of Australia (Ikon), and EDU’s VET entity (ALG).
The primary responsibility of this role is active field sales engagement, requiring frequent visits to industry partners, schools, corporate decision-makers, and related events to generate and nurture prospective student leads and foster strategic relationships to drive enrolments.
