ABOUT LWDW TRAINING

LWDW Training is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to transforming how society understands, approaches, and experiences death and dying. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for all—regardless of age, nationality, or background—and to help build compassionate communities where people are better prepared for, and supported through, the end of life. We offer unique, person-centred education and training across the UK, for those called to become end of life companions or end of life doulas, or for anyone who wishes to be better informed about death and dying.
As a small, multidisciplinary team, we work within a supportive culture grounded in shared values, equality and collaboration. We encourage autonomy, reciprocity, and personal accountability, and we’re looking for like-minded, motivated individuals who are eager to grow, contribute, and be part of this pioneering movement which centres around meaningful connections and social change.

Keeping the learner at the heart of your role, you will be responsible for ensuring our venues, our training team and our learners have all the resources required to deliver high quality and inclusive training.
