QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or education sector preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of Mandarin is an bonus for liaising with Chinese-speaking parents.
