As a Course Consultant, you’ll work exclusively with warm leads - people who’ve already expressed interest and are looking for expert guidance to take their next step. No cold calling. No high-pressure tactics. Just genuine, consultative conversations that help others move forward. What’s in it for you? We’re serious about rewarding performance and supporting your growth: Base salary of $67,000 + superannuation With increases as you gain competence and confidence in the role. Uncapped commissions $10,000 - $12,000 pa on target commission, but this uncapped! Commission earnings are directly tied to your individual sales results. Our top performers earn approximately $100,000 + Super Career development You'll have access to learning pathways, mentoring, and internal mobility.
