Job Description
As Course Coordinator for the Graduate of Health & Community Services, you will manage the successful ongoing delivery of the Bachelor of Community Services programs by overseeing academic staffing matters, coordinating program delivery, and ensuring a student-centric experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masters degree in social work or related welfare discipline, such as social work, counselling, psychology, or similar, with years of industry experience. (PhD Preferred, Masters Acceptable)
  • Proven hands-on leadership experience with excellent program administration and organisational skills.
  • Proven experience in academic leadership roles, preferably within an education setting, demonstrating the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor staff.
  • Familiarity with relevant education policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Experience in maintaining academic quality and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
  • You will be an experienced and passionate academic professional with a strong background in community services education, proven track record in curriculum development, teaching, and program coordination, with strong ability to manage both academic and operational aspects of educational programs.
