We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Education and Languages: The appointee will support the development of EDU 3399EEF Managing English Language Teaching and Diversity under the double-degree programmes of the Bachelor of Education with Honours in English Language Teaching and Bachelor of English Language Studies with Honours for the School of Education and Languages on a freelance, project-based basis. The medium of instruction/development is English. Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Recording of video lectures, focusing on the topics of the use of AI in multimodality, learning diversity, and cross-disciplinary learning in Primary and Secondary School sectors; Development of PowerPoint presentations; Preparation of teaching notes; Delivery of teaching; and Developing assessment items:Preparing follow-up activities with marking guidelines to enhance students’ learning experience. Candidates Candidates are expected to possess the following: A higher degree in English language or a related discipline; Good command of oral and written English; Teaching experience in an English-related discipline at primary and secondary schools, preferably with experience in using AI technology for learning and teaching; and Preference will be given to those with experience in teaching, materials design, and course development at the tertiary level.
